Hall bookings

Please follow the steps below to book the parish hall for your events.

1. Check the Hall Bookings calendar and check your date is available

Proceed to the Hall Hire Agreement if date is available.

2. Open the Hall Hire Agreement

  • Read the Agreement.
    • Print the Agreement, fill out and sign.
      (Please fill out the form in detail: Purpose of Hire, Relevant Dates of Hire – In/Out/Times, Mobile Number, Email Address and your Name ready for signing.)

3. Proceed to payment

4. Return the signed Hall Hire Agreement to the Venue Manager

5. The Venue Manager will then complete the total booking arrangements (keys, return of bond, etc) with you as set out in the Hall Hire Agreement.
